 This company is fabulous. High winds toppled over my grill and the impact broke one of the main gas burner gas valves. I attempted to use another company  who took 4 months to finally tell me that they couldn't get the parts to repair my Jenn-Air gas grill (but charged me for the initial service charge...with no refund). I contacted Sparkle Grill Cleaner and Randy was immediately on the job. He was able to order the parts and kept me informed about the progress of the order. Once the parts arrived, he was immediately back on the job to get my grill up and operational. Randy's professionalism was outstanding and his customer service was excellent.  I have been meaning to drop you a note for quite some time.  I did not realize how bad our grill had gotten until after you came and put it back in working order.  The flame was so irregular and unpredictable that it had a major impact on our results .  As a result of the condition of the grill we were barely using it even though it is our preferred way to cook. Since you cleaned/ conditioned the grill we are back to enjoying it 2-3 times per week.  It works like new.

 Obviously, I also appreciate your expert attention to detail including the terms of my warranty.  I still cannot believe you got the manufacturer to replace the defective parts for no charge.  Thank you for giving us our grill back!!.

... When I put it up for the winter, I did exactly what you said except the let dry completely part! I used the same sponge and bought the same cleaner you recommended when I bought the grill in August! I noticed the streaks and the residue just as you noted and it was most likely due to the surface was still damp! I will follow the advice of the best grill cleaner I know!!

Amazing job!!

My grill had been bothering me for a few years now...what a mess! I came home today and got the greatest gift! It was like getting a new grill! Mine is not a small grill, (six burners and a side burner), and I was a little embarrassed about how bad it had gotten.  Seriously, 10 years of gunk, very little maintenance with only just three burners working.
